Builds a Google disavow file from domains and URLs: a domain entry disavows every link from that domain, a url entry names one page. Answers 'make the disavow file for these links'. Free; nothing is submitted — Google takes the file by upload in Search Console, which a person does. Use get_backlink_audit to find the links worth disavowing, and have a person review every line first: disavowing a good link removes value the client earned. Malformed entries are left out rather than written.
