Alerts are set per client under Client settings → Alerts. Rules are checked hourly, and a rule stays quiet for its cooldown after firing, so one problem doesn't page anyone twice.

  1. Choose when

    Rule

    Fires when

    Ranking dropped

Tracked keywords lose position past your threshold

    Traffic dropped

    Traffic falls past your threshold

    New critical issues

A crawl finds new critical issues

    Backlinks lost

    Links to the site disappear

    Site unreachable

    The site can't be reached

    Search features lost or won

The client gains or loses a search feature

  2. Set the threshold

    How much change counts.

  3. Choose how to send it

Slack, Email, Telegram or Webhook (JSON), and where to send it.

  4. Add it

    Choose Add alert.

Telegram needs a bot token from @BotFather under Settings → Alerts and delivery. Add the bot to the chat, then give the chat's id on the rule.

Recent alerts lists the last 30 days, with whether each one was delivered.
