Set your branding first

Under Settings → Branding, set what clients see on reports and portal links: your agency name, logo and primary colour. Until it's set, every report goes out unbranded. Seolyticize's own name never appears on a client report.

Build a report

  1. Open the Report builder

More → Report builder. Choose the client.

  2. Pick the sections

Tick a section to include it; the arrows set its place:

    Section

    What it shows

    Rankings

    How tracked keywords moved

    Biggest movers

    The keywords that changed most

    Share of voice

    Position against competitors

    Site health

Technical issues from the last crawl

    Backlinks

    Links gained and lost

    Traffic

Sessions and conversions from the client's own Analytics

    Page experience

Core Web Vitals as Chrome measured them on real visits

  3. Save it

Give it a title (such as Monthly search performance) and choose Save report.

Send it on a schedule

On the client's Client settings → Scheduled reports:

  1. Choose the Report, a Cadence (Monthly or Weekly) and the Recipients (email addresses, separated by commas).

  2. Choose Schedule. Reports go out on weekday mornings once their period has come round.

Send now sends a report straight away. Report history lists every run, delivered or not; a failed run keeps its PDF so it can be sent by hand.

To deliver finished reports to your own system instead of by email, add an https endpoint under Settings → Alerts and delivery → Report delivery.
