Compares the business's name, address and phone on its Google listing with what its site says — the homepage and its contact, about and location pages, text and structured data — and says which agree, which differ and how. Inconsistent details weaken local rankings and confuse assistants. useListing reads the live Google listing (paid, by place id) instead of the location as saved. directories also audits citations: Google is searched for the business's name and phone on Yelp, Foursquare, Facebook, Yellow Pages, Superpages, BBB, Tripadvisor, MapQuest, Apple Maps, Nextdoor and more, plus the trade's own directories (industryDirectories, detected when not given), and each directory's name, address and phone as shown is compared with the listing (null where the result did not show it), with a severity for the worst disagreement — a different name critical, address warning, phone notice; directories with no listing found are named. Bing Places and Apple Business Connect have no self-serve API, so neither is read directly. Answers 'is our NAP consistent' and 'which directories list us wrongly'. Free with the saved location; quote useListing and directories (two results pages) with estimate_cost.
