Adds questions (each optionally with a two-letter market), retires questions by id (past answers keep their question), and adds brands to look for (name, domain, aliases; isClient for the client's own — there should be exactly one). Questions already tracked are skipped. Write questions the way a buyer would ask an assistant, without naming any brand; suggest_ai_prompts drafts them. Answers 'track these questions'. Free; the checks that follow are what cost.
