Adds the client's site to the connected Yandex Webmaster account if it is not there, asks Yandex to check the chosen proof (method file: /yandex_<code>.html; meta: the yandex-verification tag; dns: a TXT record), and once verified points the connection at it so every get_yandex_* tool reads the site. Answers 'add this site to Yandex' and 'is the site verified in Yandex'. Returns the proof to deploy while unverified; Yandex checks in the background, so call again after IN_PROGRESS. Needs a Yandex token with webmaster:verify as well as webmaster:hostinfo. Free.

Parameters

Idempotency-Keystringheader
Any unique string, up to 200 characters. A retry with the same key and body is answered from the first answer (Idempotent-Replayed: true) for a day, so it never buys or writes twice; the same key with another body is refused.
