Sends our crawler to the pages said to link to the client to see whether each still does — slowly and politely, so it takes a while; read the result with get_link_checks. A second request within the hour lands on the check already running. No vendor charge, but it visits other people's sites on the client's behalf, so it needs client:manage. Refused when the client has no rank tracker yet. Answers 'check our links again'.
