Publishes an update post (topic STANDARD) on the client's own Google Business Profile listing through its connected Business Profile: summary (up to 1,500 characters) and an optional callToAction — BOOK, ORDER, SHOP, LEARN_MORE or SIGN_UP with a url, or CALL with none (it dials the listing's phone). dryRun: true publishes nothing and returns the exact localPosts body. The answer carries Google's name for the post and its state (PROCESSING until Google has reviewed it, LIVE, or REJECTED for its content policy). Refused with missing_scope or not_connected as update_business_profile is. get_business_posts reads the posts already there. Answers 'post this offer on our Google listing'. Free.
