Submits addresses on the client's site to Bing through Webmaster Tools' URL submission (SubmitUrlBatch), after reading the site's daily quota: addresses beyond what is left today are returned as not sent rather than refused by Bing one by one. Answers 'get Bing to index these pages now'. Only addresses on the client's own site are sent. submit_indexnow reaches Bing too, without the quota, once the client's IndexNow key is published. dryRun: true reads the quota but sends nothing, returning wouldSubmit, refused, and the quote.

Parameters

Idempotency-Keystringheader
Any unique string, up to 200 characters. A retry with the same key and body is answered from the first answer (Idempotent-Replayed: true) for a day, so it never buys or writes twice; the same key with another body is refused.
