Anchor text mix

The anchor texts a domain is linked with, each classed as branded, a bare URL, generic (click here, read more), empty (images) or other (usually keyword-rich), and the mix by referring domains, with bands: each share against its natural range — branded 30–50% (flagged under 15%), URL 15–25%, generic 10–20%, exact match 3–10% (flagged over 15%), partial match 5–15% (flagged over 25%); exact and partial are told apart from other only with moneyTerms, the commercial phrases targeted. Answers 'does our link profile look natural' and 'what do they rank with'. source index is free: our own link index (our crawls, client crawls' outlinks, Common Crawl, Bing). auto answers from the index when it holds 50+ links to the domain (or, for referring domains, a complete pass of Common Crawl's domain graph), and otherwise asks the vendor — a paid lookup on the client's account unless anyone bought it in the last week; coverage says which answered. vendor always asks the vendor.
