Drafts one short, personal pitch per prospect on the client's outreach list (up to 20): it names why this site was chosen — the dead page it links to, the thread, the article, the rivals it links to (from the prospect's reason and page) — and what is offered in its place (offer, and ourUrl when given), in the client's voice from its brief. Plain text with a subject; no templates stuffed with merge fields, no false flattery, nothing claimed that the prospect data does not show. Nothing is sent: copy them into your mail tool, then move the prospect to contacted with set_link_prospect_status. Answers 'write the outreach for these sites'. A metered Claude call on the client's budget; quote it with estimate_cost.

Any unique string, up to 200 characters. A retry with the same key and body is answered from the first answer (Idempotent-Replayed: true) for a day, so it never buys or writes twice; the same key with another body is refused.
