For a site built on several platforms, names the owner (and a contact) of each path prefix: /docs, /blog and /community on one vendor, the shop on another. mode replace (the default) makes owners the client's whole list, and an empty list clears it; mode merge adds or updates the prefixes given, drops those in remove, and keeps every other. The answer lists the resulting owners and the changes: added, updated (with what it was), removed and kept. dryRun: true saves nothing and answers the same, to check a change first. A URL belongs to the longest prefix it falls under, on segment boundaries (/docs covers /docs/x, not /docsearch); / is the catch-all. Then get_audit_summary and list_issue_pages split issues by owner, create_tasks_from_audit puts the owner on each task, and the digest groups its fixes by owner. Answers 'the docs team owns /docs, send those fixes to them'. Free.
