Reads the videos ranking on YouTube for a phrase (the results page, then each video's details) and writes the brief for a video to beat them: how their titles are built (length, the phrase first, numbers, brackets, the year) with examples, how long their descriptions run and how many use chapters and hashtags, the chapter labels they share in their usual order, the tags they use most, and how long the videos are. Answers 'how should we title and structure this video'. One results page plus one read per video: A paid lookup on the client's account unless anyone read the same thing today (spend says which); quote it with estimate_cost.
