Saves a finished report to a client, where everyone on the account can read and print it. Answers 'save this report for the client'. Write it in Markdown (headings, lists, tables, links); raw HTML is shown as text, not run. Without reportId a new report is created; with one, that report's title and text are replaced and its share link, if any, keeps working. Name templateId when it was written to a report template. New reports are private — use set_report_sharing only when the user asks for a link. Free.
