Rewrites (mode rewrite) or extends (mode extend) one section of a page so it covers the terms, entities and questions the content score finds missing, keeping the section's own voice and the client's. Give missingTerms and questions yourself, or the whole draft (draft as Markdown, or url) to have them taken from a fresh score_content run. Returns the new Markdown and which asked-for terms it now uses and still misses, as we count them. Answers 'work these terms into this section'. A paid Claude call; scoring a draft also costs what score_content does.

Any unique string, up to 200 characters. A retry with the same key and body is answered from the first answer (Idempotent-Replayed: true) for a day, so it never buys or writes twice; the same key with another body is refused.
